    Avon
My mother is an Avon rep, and I have been complaining to her about the python ban for a few weeks now. She offered to give USARK 30% as a fundraiser donation if she creates an Avon e-party (which means anyone in the country can order through her, 30% goes to USRAK). Before I went through with it I wanted to get a generalized poll of who would want to participate. This has the potential of earning and donating thousands of dollars towards our fight. If this is posted in the incorrect area please move it as needed mods...

This fundraiser is now officially open. Remember, 30% goes to USARK for the fight against the python ban. Even if this doesn't directly affect you, every little bit can avoid this happening to you in the future.

Be aware, ordering from my mother will automatically sign you up for future emails/promotions/etc from her. You can simply "unsubscribe" after your order, or she is willing to become your regular Avon lady. She just wanted me to make sure you all know she's not trying to spam up your email or anything.

Here is the direct link for the fundraiser. The "secret" code is USARK2012. If I'm not mistaken, you have to use that at the end of checkout.

    http://janski1963.avonrepresentative...evnt_id=235247

My goal is $50,000 worth of sales, so pass this along! Just look at it this way, if we raise $50,000 worth of sales, that's a $15,000 check given to USARK. So, pass this along to family, friends, facebook friends, reptile friends, people you don't even like, just get the word out there. That's a direct link, and the ticker will update with the amount we've raised.

I want to thank the mods for allowing this thread, given the circumstances. I also want to thank my mother, who doesn't even own a scaley friend, for offering this opportunity to raise money for our cause even though it doesn't affect her at all.

The promotion code is USARK2012 and it must to be applied at the end of the order in order for it to go towards the fundraiser.

I used to sell Avon, but just didn't have time to keep it up. I know some of the products. So for all the guys out there who want to help, but not sure what they have.... The Iron man cologne is awesome! For the women, their skin care line is good stuff. For the kiddo's they have bath tub soap paints. They also have kitchen items, and bubblebath that goes a long way and is very bubbly. The skin so soft signature silk lotion is great too. As well as the glimmersticks eyeliners. Hopefully that gives people some help/ideas as to what they have and could buy!

    A NOTE FROM ADMIN:

Normally, this kind of thread would be pulled down immediately. We do not allow sales or solicitations of any kind in the open forums, nor do we allow third-party sales. However, we are painfully aware that USARK needs every penny it can muster right now, and we will do all we can to support that effort, including allowing this thread to remain up and active.

Please note though, that anyone wishing to post anything like this needs to clear it with Site Administrators first.
Future threads of this nature that are not cleared through us will be deleted and infractions issued.

Enjoy your Avon...it's a great product. And JOIN USARK!

I put "Depends on what they have" because I can't really order from your mom since I'm not in the country, but if I was then I certainly would.

I just wanted to add, I think if you "hide" your info (like unclick the "show my address, phone number, etc" it somehow affect the percent of donation. Not sure why, seems kind of flaw. But if you read this before ordering, just allow my mom to see your info. I promise she won't harass you with emails, calls, or anything.

Bumping, this isn't getting as much attention as I was hoping. Please remember this is a fundraiser for USARK. Men...buy for your wife/girlfriend/mother. They DO have men's products. My boyfriend uses the aftershave moisturizer, they have watches, etc.

The fundraiser is going on until 3/17/12, so we still have about 6 weeks to raise money. Share it however you please as well :)

Also, that link doesn't seem to be working. Judy has already been contacted and we'll look into it. For now try this one.

Have you used any of their products? Is there anything in particular that you suggest? I need some skin and hair care products specifically but I'll probably pick up some nail polish and earrings as well.

Pretty much anything Skin-so-soft is great. For make-up I don't use anything but their glimmer sticks as my eye liner. My mom raves about the Foot Works line, apparently she's in love with her feet now  I've never used it though. I also use the color protection shampoo and conditioner from Advanced Techniques. Works pretty well! For men, my brother and my boyfriend use the aftershave moisturizer called Mezmerize and they love it. My mom is also in love with the new Anew line products, she uses every single one.

The anew skin care products are very good. You can get age appropriate set of cleanser, moisturizer. I have also had customers that liked the lotus sheild if you have curly or frizzy hair.

P.S. My mom just advised me that these are only available until 2/15/12 at the latest! Apparently they aren't available online to us, but she can take a count of how many are needed and still apply it to the fundraiser. I am getting both rings, please let me know asap if you'd like some? The rings are $14.99 each or 2/$20 :D. The watch is $29.99.
