Looks like a blackback black pastel to me. I second the 'never heard of the Dirt morph'.

It... doesn't look much different than some of the other balls I've seen...
Looks like a normal or black backed pastel something with a little more black on it's back than normal, IMO.

Then again. I don't know much about ball python morphs.

I wouldn't pay 600$ for that snake though above

I remember back when David Reid hatched out his Sulfur Sables, he said they should be called the Dirt Ball....don't know if the name stuck though....

..but the pictured snake looks nothing like his Sulfur Sables......

If a mudball is a sable x pastel cross, I'm assuming that the dirtball is sable x black pastel, at least thats what it kind of looks like to me. who knows, just a guess.

That's definitely a morph. It looks like a nice black pastel or a very dark cinny, but even the very best of those aren't selling for $600 without something else mixed in.

Can't find any pics of a black pastel x sable, just lots of people asking if one has been made. Here's a cinny x sable:

And here are some other morph crosses that might produce something like that:

I went to the Manchester show and saw a dirt ball it was on Matt Lee's table. He told me it was a cross of a cinny to a sable, I believe anyways.
