    I guess I get a new bedspread?
So I was holding my girl today on my bed, letting her crawl around and explore and all of the sudden she just froze for a few seconds, wiggled her tail, and then let loose the biggest crap I have ever seen her produce right on my bedspread. It was one of those reeeaallllly juicy ones. I have never seen anything like it, she's been holding that one in for a while. So, I put her right back in her tank and threw away the bedspread, it's not even close to salvageable, all soaked through with snake gifts. **shudder** haha.

So, up side, I finally have an excuse to buy a new bedspread, and I guess I don't have to clean the tank today since she conveniently soiled my personal space instead of hers. The funniest part is I have a blanket that is specifically hers that I ALWAYS put down over my bed for her for that very reason, I knew it was only a matter of time before she pulled that stunt. The one time I don't.... Life with reptiles...

XD I did this a few months ago. I had Sable on the bed with Sam and I. I rolled over and she had let loose a MASSIVE one. It was closer to the size of a dog poo than anything I've seen her do before. Needless to say, Shower, laundry and new sheets were in order.

:P We should start a club.

Of course, when they were all babies, i got quite a few gifts before i learned to check *rolls eyes* all over my lap, my neck, my belly...just in the hand...you name it *lol* not on the bed, thank goodness!

Yeah, I just really wasn't paying attention. Haha. Don't know why I didn't check for "sausage butt." I completely deserved what I got :P Just hilarious. She looked rather proud of herself.

I just found my Dumerils Boa's first "gift", tonight.

    I almost screamed.

[for a second, I thought she'd had a baby who'd died and mummified]

Mine pee on me all the time.

There's no "sausage butt warning sign" for that. :O

If you ever want to save the next item she cruds all over, use dish washing detergent with the "oxy" bleach substitute in it instead of laundry detergent.

    Cleans it right out.

Good to know, thanks! Yeah, if it had just been a blanket or a shirt, I would have scraped it off and thrown it in the wash....several times... but a thick bedspread... no. It was old anyway, time for an upgrade... that she never gets to crawl on. haha.
