Thanks everyone she had 40 eggs. Retics have pretty large clutches I will say though I was not expecting 40 since this was her first breeding.

Congrats brother! 40 Eggs is a very nice clutch. I think the record for Jay at Prehistoric Pets is in the 50's somewhere and he's hatched numerous clutches. I see no slugs, you did an excellent job at controling your husbandry! Keep us poted.

yep no slugs. I was shocked with how well she did yesterday. This was the first year for both my girls and my other laid 23 with 6 slugs and two others that were questionable.

is it just me though, or do the eggs seem really tiny in comparison to her? i'm used to corn and BP eggs, not the giants :P
