It all depends on the snakes itself AND the shopper. I would pay a little more for a less quality color to have a great pet.

    BUT...

If a animal is to only be used for breeding (as such for my next bps) it would depend on the color.

A pastel could range anywhere from $25-$200 or a little more. I'll let someone who can explain it better explain, but the lighter the pastel is the more it is worth.

From what I've seen at my recent replite expo, adult pastels go for around $140, with the highest one that I saw at $180. Since 263g is fairly young, I'd go no higher than $130-140.

I thought OP was talking about female pastels. Thats the price with males.
Females that are older cost much more; in the $400 to $1,000 depending on quality.

The OP was asking about a 260g, which is still just a baby. Under a year for sure.
Pastel females going for those prices are breeder size. And I haven't seen any over $500 max for a good quality one.

For female pastels around 260g, I would say between $130-$250 depending on the quality.

Males of the same weight range from $75-$150, average to high quality respectively.
Older males don't really gain value like females.

If you go to a reptile show, many breeders have show specials.

I recently picked up a male and female pastel for $275 ($200 for the female, $75 for the male) both were about 100-150 grams at the time of purchase.

$100 if its a crappy example of the morph. $200 if its a great example. I would never pay anymore or any less if your looking for an animal to breed.

As everyone else said, it all depends on the quality.;)
$125 to $300 would be a good window.

Check out BHB Enterprise, they always have what your looking for and set a lot of the standards for pricing in the BP world. If it's not on their page for sale just contact them and see what they have behind the scenes, They are always good to me and Brian is always thankful, helpful, and kind. His doors are always open.

I don't really understand having a minimum price that you would be willing to pay for an animal, but never mind that.

If you are looking for an animal to breed, why pay $100. for a crappy example of the Morph ?
I would not take a free crappy example of a Morph if I were intending to breed it, and would be willing to pay more then market value for a great example.

People need to stop breeding poor examples of the mutations that they are working with.
