2nd clutch of clown x pastel is hatching

My second clutch from clown x pastel is hatching. This one is from my high contrast pastel girl. The first pastel out looks a lot like mom, the pattern is very black and the yellow is a very deep yellow. It also has the connected eye/neck stripe that seems to pop up on pastel hets a lot.

Dang, that is one smokin' pastel. I love when breeders take the time and energy to use quality pastels that produce MORE quality pastels. Great job, the clown pastels will be out of this world!

Just an update, it is a girl! Here she is after her shed and first meal. She's definitely a keeper. She has all the same traits as her mom. I just wish she had some sisters. I hatched out 3 other pastel het clown girls this year, but they came from a different female. They are nice, and I'll probably keep one, but they aren't quite as hot as this girl. The only male pastel het clown came from the same female pastel as this girl, and he is smoking too, but I won't be keeping him since I already have an adult male pastel het clown.
