Tips on getting FEMALE to breed ;).
I always hear about getting male to breed, but what if a female is not actually interested in breeding. She's an '08 female and 2000g+. She's been with 2 males and I know for sure that one of them is breeding my other female, but when I put him with this girl, nothing is happening ;(. She should be ready being 3 years old in October, and this is her 4th winter ;).
Any tips & tricks to get her going?

put her in with the female that is breeding an the male you want to breed. this has worked on two different occasions this season for me

You can also put them together when you have a storm front moving through. That works wonders. :D

Im pretty sure I got that tip from someone on here. I didnt use it and got desperate and it worked like a charm.
not the best pic but you get the idea. The normal female was bred already 3 times to the lemon blast where the pastel girl showed no interest. In they both went and out came a lock with the pastel an lemon blast. after that i was able to just pair them an they would lock with out the need of the other girl.

Wait til she's in shed. It seems like the girls cant see enough to get away or something. I have had a lock every time i pair when females are shedding. Maybe resex her? I had a snake i bought as female and just never bothered to probe her myself...turned out to be a male...

I have a hard breeding female as well. She will not lock with who I want her to, but only who SHE wants.

My husband really wanted a spider mojave, but she's not having anything to do with his spider. She won't accept my pastel, nor my vanilla. However she did lift her tail for my pied, so mojave het pieds are on my wish list this season.

Ugh I've got a female being a little too picky with the males too. She's lifted and wagged with the one I want her to lock with but he was being shy.
