    Quick question
My bp is in shed and he urinated in his tub. I am going to take him out and ckean it then put him back and then after shed I was going to give him a little rinse in the bathtub. Does this sound ok? Id appreciate any input. Thanks!

Be prepared to clean the cage again when he sheds. Mine almost always defecate when they shed.

As long as I add a little warm water periodically, mine will stay in the tub as long as I let them. I check back every 20 minutes or so and they're all there each time. So far the longest I've left them in there is just under 3 hours. None of them made any attempt to get out.

You said he was in shed -right?

Don't give him a bath after the shed. Besides being stressful for most snakes, it can actually cause more harm than good. I've yet to meet a snake yet who has communicated to me in some fashion that he/she enjoys it.

If you are intent on cleaning him off, spritz him with a bit of water and gently wipe him down. Otherwise, leave him alone.
