If you were an animal, what would you be?
And why would you be that animal?

An eagle or a hawk. To be able to fly would be amazing.

And to poop on someone's head.....I'm just saying :P

I'd love to be either an Eagle (I'm an Eagle Scout, and we tend to think we have a 'connection' with them) or a Tiger...

I'd be a fluffy gorgeous cat because I'd want to be pampered with food and petting

I dont know why but from childhood and to this day the Canada Goose is just my FAVORITE bird... lol it seems silly but to listen to their unique noises and to watch them just makes me envious.
So I would pick a canada goose (not during hunting season :tears:)
Plus they mate for life and I think thats awesome.

I would definitely be a horse. I've been slightly obsessed with them since I was a child. They are amazing creatures and if I could spend the rest of my life in a barn with them I would :)

You would like my granny's farm then! We bought her 4 "pet" Canadian geese to run around on her farm (they all have tags, papers, and were cb). They are gorgeous geese that's for sure!

Does it have to be a real animal ?

For me, I've always wanted to be a dragon. Think DragonHeart. If not a dragon, I'd love to be a Unicorn.

Dragons to me are magnificent. They can fly, are very tough and strong, noble and even beautiful. Not to mention the whole breathing fire thing.

Unicorns are to me the essence of everything good. They are beautiful, graceful, noble, strong and pure, the most glorious of all animals.

    are you kidding?

    a platypus! without a doubt!

a venomous, duck-billed, beaver tailed, egg laying, furry mammal that shoots lighting bolts from its bill!

    how awesome is that?

(okay, so it doesnt exactly shoot lightning bolts from its bill. they do however find prey by electrolocation though.)

I've always wanted to be a wolf. It would be something sorta like in the Twilight series a person who turns into a wolf and back again (but without the mushy stuff and I'd wear a shirt lol). I mean seriously who doesn't want to be in a pack and accomplish a common goal (hunt).

I'd be a Liger because they have great nunchuk skills.

Seriously though, I'd be a Tiger. No natural predators. Even crocs run from them.

I'd probably be a Dung Beetle, because it seems like I'm always stuck in a world of poo, or trying to push a big pile of it up a hill...

To be honest, I think I'd like to be a snake....for one reason that stands out in my mind right now among others, and that is not having to worry about eating so often.
Snakes can eat one big meal and their slow digestive system means they don't HAVE to eat again for up to a couple of weeks...
People with slow digestive systems just gain a lot of weight :/ And coming from a family who struggles to put food on the table, not having to worry about what we're going to eat everyday would be nice. I wish I could just bulk up once and be done for a few weeks. It's a hassle, and an expensive one. :(
Among other reasons, I think of snakes like bears; there's no terrain they cannot handle. Bears are magnificent hunters because there is nowhere prey could hide--they have speed, they can swim, they can climb, they can run, they are strong. You can't win a clean fight with a bear.
And snakes, snakes can swim--unlike bears, some species of snakes even LIVE in water--they can climb trees, like the snakes in the tops of the trees in a jungly area, hunting their pray from above, and they can even slither on the ground at top speeds if needed.
Unlike bears, some snakes have venom that allows them to strike the prey once and then wait for it to die, instead of continuously exposing themselves to long episodes of combat.
This, in my mind, makes them excellent survivors and hunters.
For the constrictors, sometimes simplicity is the best weapon--and sheer muscle power it is. They can kill their prey by squeezing it. How many other animals can do that?
So, I think I'd really like to be a snake.

I'd have to say an eagle or a hawk of some sort. Flying to me would be the greatest feeling in the world. Or even one of the prehistoric birds of prey, not sure of the name just remember watching a show on animal planet about them and how gigantic their wing span was. That'd be a bird to be reckoned with, wouldn't have to worry about open hunting season then ;)

Squirrel, so I can explain in a language they understand how dumb it is to change direction 5 times in the middle of a street with an incoming car.. How many times I've had a squirrel be 100% in the clear only to leap back in front of me when I'm rolling by at a staggering 20mph(choose, commit, conquer!!).. They really seem to enjoy pinecones too.. I wouldn't mind being that happy whenever I came across a pinecone..
