    I second that. Thank you.

And thank you Vypyrz. I have a deep respect for everyone who has served, American and Canadian alike.

Most of my family has served. My Grandfather served in WWII and Korea in the PPLI airborne. Two of my cousins are serving over seas now.

Much Respect and admiration coming your way.

thankyou everyone in our armed forces, i have alot of love and respect for all of you, and i wish you all come home safe. my great grandpa Don fought the Germans on D-Day at Normandy with the Army, he took a hit in the knee by a machine gun nest (MG42), but thankfully he still has his leg and is still around to share stories. my grandpa Ron fought with the Marines in Korea driving a tank (from what i know), and then in Vietnam as a scout, luckily, he made it through both without a scratch, and even has the gun they issued him in Vietnam. i also have two cousins serving right now, one in the Army, and one in the Navy. and once again thankyou everyone for all that your doing over there and come home safe, God bless

Thanks to all who have served before, at the same time, and after me. It's a helluva hard job, and I of all people know that one of the best parts is knowing that those there with you have your back.

So any of you other vets have to spend your day working? I know I missed out on some good free food because of a twelve hour shift at work.

    Blah.

I had to work today but I had a good long lunch break at the Olive Garden with some fellow vets from work. It was nice. This is my first year knowing about it and I got out in '03. I'm glad people do care about my service it makes me super happy. LOL:gj:
