The Glow For those not seen it.
This female started Locking September and has locked 4 different males.

She just shed, and just separated male mojo from her after 2 days locking.

    Shes way ahead of schedule.

Yes Most will look like their a hypo when glowing depending on the morph. Usually this happens after a Pre-Ovy Shed like this girl just had 2 days ago. So in about 6 weeks give or take she will begin building a lot and then ovulate.

This girl is almost 2400g now.

Both in the pictures are mojos, heres pics of them on Sept 2nd on first pairing Give you idea how much her color changed

Same Girl, I still cant palpate her at all. But Follicles should start growing now that shes glowing. Theres a few females that I have who can be tough to palpate and get to relax

Well I palpated her tonight and feel 8 Huge follicles. So i paired her up with mojo again since other males are either paired or in shed... Looks like a early Ovulation coming from her this year, Might have to Turn Incubator back on already.:gj::gj:

Good deal Rich! Congrats! Let me ask you this, did you notice a decline in defication recently? Just curious. I notice all of my girls decide to deficate a lot less when they are building.

I started 2 of my girls at the end of September but wasn't expecting them to ovulate until next year around Feb-April.. When do you think they will, December? I'm just wondering so I know when to setup the incubator. Thanks!

Ive noticed all my big girls only go once a month. But she stopped eating October 12th and wont look at a rat anymore. But its only been a month though, and i dont expect another one till after eggs laid if at all.

This female is a fluke to be going so fast... Most my females wont start building for at least another month and ovy in jan-march. with a few late bloomers

My normal, Iggy, doesn't like "going in her home".
She waits until she's on my lap, instead.

    Isn't that just too "precious"?

So the glow started right after her past shed eh? My pastel girl has put on about 300g in the past month and a half and is about to go into shed. I guess I should start looking for the glow after the shed? Your mojo girl reall does look cool like that. If only they would keep that glow forever right? Congrats.

The glow can happen anytime, Usually after the pre ovy shed. Can happen right after few days after or never... But you will notice the color chhange when she does..

COngrats Rich! That's a real nice comparison showing the glow. My big pastel girl glowed last summer and even got really huge, but then never laid. I am guessing her virgin boyfriend never actually got the job done. I am hoping for better results this year, since I have multiple males for her now. :D

Yes as they will still eat. The glow starts about 1-2 months before ovulation.

Once a female refuses 4 weeks in a row, then I stop offering as I know their done eating till they lay eggs

hmm straight from the glow in Nov to lay in Jan... interesting. The reason I ask is my het pied girl shed around new years while I was out of town. When I got back I didnt recognize her with her glow and now she is deep in shed again. I never witnessed and ovulation tho. I've tried not asking to many reptative question about where she is at but this just befuttled me...
