Mom's In the Hospital

Last night my Mom started having breathing problems and Dad took her to the ER. Long story short, she in in the ICU and has pneumonia and started to get sepsis. She's stable but in bad shape.

Please pray for her and the doctors treating her that the medications they are giving her will do their job and pull her through this.

Update:

She's better today they said. He BP has stabalized and oxygen levels have improved. She was actually conscious when I stopped by at lunch today but she couldn't talk due to all the tubes. But we could tell that she was unconfortable and just wanted to sit up but the nurses wouldn't let her. I see that as a good sign. I know I would be complaining if I was like that.

UPDATE:

Things continue to get better. They took her off of blood pressure meds yesterday. They are hoping to take her off of oxygen tomorrow. She's still mostly sedated but hopefully that can change tomorrow.

UPDATE:

More good news! They took her tubes out today. So now she's talking. Druggy talking but still talking. I thank God for the healing that has happened and I pray for continued healing.

I'm glad to hear she is getting better. :)
