    clean bees?
Has anyone found out how to make clean bees? Is it clean pastels that make clean bees?
I have the ingredients to make bees in the future but clean bees are more attractive.

Both parents need to have the genetics to do so.

Same Female 300g and 3 sheds later in 3 months.

Now that's the difference between a $350 bee and a $900 bee, I'm sure the right person would pay even more! Impeccable quality Rich!

Do you think maybe the pairing has something to do to it?

    Like maybe

Bumblebee x Normal is cleaner than Spider x Pastel
Or Bumblebee x Pastel than Bumblebee x Spider ??

Not very often. The better snakes you start with, the better snakes you will produce. If you breed clean high quality examples of morphs then you will more often then not produce the same. It's pretty much the law of averages.

Nice bee Rich! So many crappy Bee's around. Nice to see a good one :D

Yeah, I like the white sides myself too...though Rich's beauty would be just fine in my collection. :) I remember seeing a very high white breeder size male (originally from Pro Exotics) that was on some internet classified for only $600 (absolutely killed me cuz I was broke) and it was a stunner even at that age. So rare for that age to be so clean.

White sides not so high (the one I saw, it was prob 75% white....crazy), but yours is really clean for that age....I've seen before & after pics on some bees and they can be beautiful as hatchlings and turn into just disasters.

It isn't really something you can see ahead of time in the parents. My male spider is an older spider... nothing special about him. The female pastel looks like just an average (at best) pastel... but man, when they get together... fireworks fly!

Mike I think you're not giving you spider enough credit. He looks like a great example of a spider.

You little bee is amazing too! :gj:

I agree. Very little white and he's nice and clean with a good pattern...even the momma Pastel is nowhere near as browned as I've seen. I think they're easily above average, and that Bee is smokin.
