I've wanted to be filmed sleeping bc I get told all the time that I talk in my sleep. When I was still in school as a german major I'd speak german in my sleep and freak out my roommate. Wish I would have been recorded!

I'd never be able to. I wouldn't be able to fall asleep. If I'm not in my own room with my fan on low, cotton in my ears, melatonin, door closed, I don't sleep. The slightest noise or movement startles me awake if I am asleep.

Even then if I'm anxious, upset, worried, over tired, or anything other than calm and relaxed, I won't sleep.

If I thought I was being watched or recorded they would have to drug me to do the test.

Oh, sure, I've done the sleep apnea test. The nurses were very nice and it didn't seem overly creepy at the time. But it's not very restful, that's for sure. Especially if they do the sleep-deprivation narcolepsy test afterwards, which I'm pretty sure violates the Geneva convention.

I want to do a sleep test/filming now just to see what it's like. I've made many a boyfriend/ex/family member/roommate jealous at my ability to fall asleep in seconds flat

I did a sleep study once, and at first it seemed a bit creepy & uncomfortable. Knowing that I have issues with falling asleep in GOOD conditions, I decided to pull an all-nighter (easy for me) the night before... by the time I got to the hospital the following evening, I was too exhausted to care about cameras & cables. Slept like a baby! :D

P.S. They gave me a nice private room, with a little television (had like 4 channels) and no visible cameras - so aside from the cables attached to me, it was kinda like staying in a cheap motel. No biggie.

I also have done the sleep test. The only thing strange was that they attached all the cables to my head. LOL I looked like some weird alien. They also asked me to sleep on my back, which I hate. Before I got my CPAP I never slept well anyway, so I didn't sleep any worse there than I did at home. It is just like being in the hospital (there are always people checking in on you there).

i sit up and talk in tongues in my sleep the iowa sleep disorder center thought it was really strange and hoped i would stop after they did my apnea test (put me on a cpap) and it only stopped my attempts to sleepwalk by jerking my head off when i try to walk away and thew noise of the machine hitting the floor wakes everyone up... lol i have been to the center twice now and i still did the creepy talking thing but with a full face mask now so i would hope the footage never makes it to youtube or "Darth vader" would be mentioned several times... my wife hates it it wakes her up

i work overnights so i tend to fall asleep on the couch watching tv in the middle of the day and more often then not i get told i was talking in my sleep. its usually gibberish and no one can hold a convo with me but they still try. i also sleep like im dead most of the time and unless im worried and thinking about something i can usually fall asleep in no time flat pretty much anywhere. so if i had to do a sleep test i think i could pull it off pretty easily. hopefully theyd let me watch the tape so i can figure out if i actually talk or if ppl are just messing with me.

Well if it left very prominent bruises like there has been I would have woken up most likely anyway I have to be watched to see if Im sleep walking or like a friend said beating myself up lmao
