Just got them today, male and female. Should be ready to breed in the new year.

I know you had trouble getting them back in the cage … imagine trying to get a 5.5 ft back in a rack …. it takes me a good 15 minutes just to get mine back in. :D

Hog Islands rule :taz:

It does not matter if you have a rack or a tank they do not want to go back in. I thought getting a cage would make it easier but nope it didnt!

Thanks, indeed, they didn't want to go anywhere, just hang out. They're very strong as well.

Sweet! I recently picked up my Hog and couldn't be happier. Do you remember when I was going back and forth between a Nic or the Hog? I'm glad I went with the Hog! Where did you get yours from? :gj::gj::gj:

Oh and not to sound all uppitty, but if they're pure, it's Hog, (one g). When spelt Hogg it usually references a cross.:)

True it is really Hog, but people added on the extra G and it stuck. It does not refer to a crossed animal, just an accidental misspelling that stuck. They call the crosses something different.

I don't let it bother me otherwise I would be crazy by now.

You learn something new every day! I've always spelled it Hogg as well, now I feel bad haha I'll have to try and remember the correct spelling from now on!

Got them form Sabrina's Reptile Kingdom in RI. Great place to do business with. They're pure, so I'll change the spelling. lol
