    Tracking software needed ASAP
I'm currently doing the paper tracking thing and prior to us beginning to pair for the 2011/2012 breeding season which we will be starting 11/1 we would like to find a good tracking software. I was planning to go with VTS but I was told it is no longer available for purchase. I need something with limitless tracking. We currently have 60-70 animals and will be over 100 in spring/summer of next year. Any suggestions? Thanks guys.

I like iherp for my small time collection, but I definitely see places for improvement there.

    BTW, great snake names!

Love love LOVE Degei Pro. Very worthwhile investment. The ability to scan entire racks full of snakes for specific activities is extremely efficient. Damon's support is some of the best I've seen (and I work in IT!).

I have it on my desktop. I prefer not to take the space on my laptop. I may have to download it but I hate running windows :)

I don't think you can buy it any longer. Some company in California bought it.

A little update...I downloaded Degei today and started entering animals into it. I only spent about an hour on it but so far I really like it. It has a pretty wide array of features. So far I recommend it but we will see a couple months down the road how I like it. The best part is it's free so of I hate it I'm not out any cash. Thanks guys.

What i use and works well. Each card is 4x5 so it fits in hatchling racks on side or under tubs.

Each card lasts me about 3-4 months if they are eating well. I dont mark poops or pees, just feedings and sheds.

If the snake is in shed or ate, i take the card and put it under the tub. So i know to go back and mark fed, or to keep eye on their shedding if needing a spray.
