Not yet. I've only noticed my males making any noise and typically it is once they're a bit older. These guys are still a bit young.

oh, i just always found those youtube videos hilarious, how easy is it to take care of these guys? it seems pretty simple but ive never heard from an actual owner, just caresheets

Their easy to care for. Keep them with a moist setup, 85F and feed them every other day insects.

thats it huh? well thankyou, i think you just helped me decide what my next critter will be! do you know if they have an "enclosure size preference"? all i have is a 30L that im not using

Just make it a moist rainforest type setup. Add eco earth bedding, Lil water they can crawl into only deep enough so they can soak and not drown.

Ad places to hide, and decorate it.

Would it be ok to put them in a BP rack to get those temps? or would that be too hot?

Be too hot. 80-85 is max you want them at.

Also if you were to feed crickets its best to have a lid as well.

Also, quick note--if you use an undertank heater, don't put it at the BOTTOM of the tank! If they get too hot, they like to bury themselves, which is confusing to them if it gets hotter the lower they go! I've seen frogs cook themselves! Put heat on the side of the enclosure at least!

Not confusing at all. In wild heat comes from above. So if its hot, they burrow to get out of it.

As long as room temp is 80-85 your fine no need for other heat.

That's true, but for people who want a pet frog but have a house that stays 70-75, a little supplemental heat is good to have, but never put it beneath the enclosure! :)

Order Dubia Roaches as their quiet, cant fly or climb. And are healthier to feed than crickets.
