    What's Your Superhero?
If you could be any superhero, who would it be?

If you had asked me that in the teens I would have said Superman. But for the last 12 years or so, the answer has been Goku. He doesn't have any weaknesses. He's a smart fighter and is only ever beaten by people who are truely better than him. And after he gets beat, he trains more or figures out how to beat his opponent or brings forth a new level of power. His only negative is sometimes he puts his training/fighting over his family. But then again, if he didn't do those things, he wouldn't be ready for the next danger. And it doesn't help that Chichi is the worst wife/mother ever. Well maybe not ever but she is pretty bad. But Goku loves her to a fault.

He also doesn't have to deal with any secret identity crap. He does most of his world saving behind the scenes. And when he was on the world stage, Mr. Satan ended up taking the credit for it.

I must say though, if I had Goku's power, I would probably be more like Vegeta or Piccolo.

    So who would you be?

I honestly don't want the responsibility that comes with superhero power. I'm perfectly content to be normal. :)

I will agree with you though, Goku is pretty awesome. Gohan was my favorite for a while until the series reached the point where he basically lost/didn't use his power and just became a nerd. Chichi really isn't that bad either. She is nuts, but in the way that she's super over protective of the people she loves. Can you really blame her though, how many times does Goku die or just up and leave her to go kill something?

well, my favorite superhero was Batman, because he is a normal guy with no powers, just amazing technology, meaning that anyone could be like him (not really, but you get the image)

but now that I'm kinda hooked up to Nordic Paganism (Mythology), I'll take THOR :D

I loved Wonder Woman when I was girl. I've seen her running around in a star-spangled cape waving a sword and riding a pegasus, and what little girl doesn't want to be a princess with a flying horse and a sword?

But as a grown up, I think I like Black Canary best. Because she's NOT a superpowered princess: she decided her canary cry wasn't enough, so she traveled the world, became a martial arts master, and is now running the Birds of Prey. She's a self-made hero, she's capable of running a team through ups and downs and superhero drama, and she's capable of a meaningful relationships. AND SHE KNOWS KUNG FU.

...which is probably the female version of liking Batman best.

This is an easy one for me. Spider-Man. Forget about his spider powers. His best power is his witty reparte with his villains. Plus I can totally relate to Peter Parker.

But if I was picking solely on superpowers? Magneto. You just can't go wrong with magnetism powers. Although Prof. X's mind powers would be cool too.

My 5 yr old son would say my favorites were magneto, thor and the green hulk (he refers to him as the green hulk - lol). Those are my fav's too. If I could pic one it would probably be magneto's powers though.

    *nerd*
Well, there was a Grey Hulk at one point so I supposed the distinction is understandable. But Greed should be assumed when takling about the Hulk generically.

You can pick different color hulks in a game so that might be why he specifies color? And I remember the grey hulk too :D
