My other Pick-Up from the Orlando FIRE show.. IMG Female

so i picked up what we think is an IMG (increasing melanin gene) adult female.. she is about 1250g.. got her for a really good price.. really nice to look at. i got offers for her all weekend but couldnt bring myself to re-sell haha

She's nice! You got all kinds of goodies huh lol? I had a YB male that had some bright yellow scales like that.

i dont know very much about it yet ive been reading up on it.. im thinking about a bumblebee.. but i honestly have no idea what my plans are with her yet.. i would love for somebody that knows more to chime in haha all i know is that she was a female that is ready to go, and nice to look at so she was coming home with me haha

Haha yeah I wish I could have gotten more but I spent my money for the show before I went on my pair of proven Cinnies haha but oh well they locked up tonight so totally worth it.

And the bright scales are almost a creamy white / ivory color. My camera sucks and doesn't get the true color

Can I request a belly shot?

Wow, she's quite pretty. I'm gonna have to start looking the gene up. My one normal has spots like that - they keep getting lighter with each shed. Where did you get your info?

I've been getting info anywhere I can find it.. There isn't much really. A few people call it "Arctic" but still there isn't much.

Here's an example. The gold spots on her tail keep getting lighter and lighter, and some of the scales have turned almost ivory. Like yours, the picture just doesn't do the colors justice.

I'd be really interested to see if she turns out like yours in a few years. I'll have to start reading up. She's an adoption so I have NO idea where she came from.

Yeah. I'm still learning too haha and I'm not sure if she's getting lighter or darker so I say IMG but i could be wrong.. Right she's just omg haha better than a plain 'ol normal
