TheMike new pics and two pastel males.
So it was sunny out today so I could finally get a picture of theMike(my new pastel/dinker?/something from Mike Cavanaugh) and Granny's two hatchling pastel males(from my last clutch this season).

First up, theMike. His coloring is unreal, no hint of pastel browning, no speckling. It's very bold yellow and dark, very clean and almost like the deserts with the cleanness of the pattern and color. He's a bizarrely BRIGHT yellow too. That's not quite as bright as in person, but this picture almost gets it right finally.

Now the pastels I hatched out here. These are Peter(pastel PH ghost) x Granny(normal). One has the crazy blushing on the head, and both have cool head patterns, both nice bright coloring. Both male. LOL. Ahhh well.

The pastels just shed out. I just have to get them eating good. The two normals in the clutch with them turned up female! Would have been so much nicer to have the opposite odds, but hey, healthy hatchlings are healthy hatchlings. The pastels are also half brothers to Uber!

I just love his busy pattern. It really makes him stand out. Just a nice looking snake all 'round:gj:

Great pictures... I shure hope to hatch out "Themikes" little sister this year... Cant wait to see if that thing continues to keep its color. Sure doesn't show any signs of darkening so far!

I'm anxiously awaiting his first shed here to see if he brightens even more. TheMike seems to get brighter rather than duller.

Does his shed have any pattern or is it clear? I ask because he looks like a Pastel Ghost.

Don't think there is any way it is a ghost.... Mom was a pastel... Dad was either a cinny, spider, or pastel. Have never worked with any ghost stuff (as far as I know!)
