My male 100% Het. VPI axanthic (he kinda looks like he could be a pastel too but he did tha same as my female and started to get darker)

    http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...818_140243.jpg

My female( Was sold to me as a pastel and she looked like a really good with lots of yellow but she has started to get a little darker with each shed in tha last two months or so now she dont look so much like a pastel.....)

Photos below is how they look now after there last sheds
    http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...818_141224.jpg

Dont know if this is norm for sum pastels or if she even is a pastel but they have been locking up so i guess i will see if she produces any viable eggs and c what there babies look like......

Been a while since Iv been on,here's an update on my balls....lol : turned out that my pastel female is a male.....so now when an if my dinker female lays her clutch there will be 3 possible fathers cuz she already locked a few times, with a het. axanthic and fire...then I had put my pastel with her while I was cleaning ....I came back an their they were doing tha snake nasty...an they stayed locked up for most of that day.......one clutch with 3 possible fathers..... kinda sucks had plans to breed him with a fire when I still thought he was a she....lol its all good thou .....just means I need to get another female ....lol ok am done ranting......lol

Its going to be hard to decifer if you have any het and pos het axanthic if you bred her to two more males. Its better to leave recessives out of multi sire breedings.
