    do you have air conditioning?

    are the herps inside?

what is the temprature of their enclosures when it is hotter then the average enclosure temp outside?

This heat's a killer! I'm in San Diego, only a few miles from the bay, and still it got to 90 degrees here today! Luckily I have a little window air conditioner in my bedroom. My BP's are in the living room, on the other side of the wall next to my bedroom. I close off the other rooms in the house and have a big box fan blow the cool air into the living room. I can point the fan right to the back of their cages if it's really hot, but then I have to watch the humidity. It'll dry out fast! I don't know what your situation is, but hope that helps.

just turn off your caging heat. there is no need and just keep them with water and moist. 60% humidity. you will be fine. you think they never experience a few hot days in the wild? only worry if its too cold for long or really hot for way too long. a few days here and there are ok. I just lost power for 4-5 days and my temps in my home were 70-72. everything made it and they are fine. i was getting a little worried if it went the full week like they said it could have.

cheap ikea fans if you have them laying around.

large tuppawear of water big enough to submerge themselves completely.

and also make sure their hides are not heat absorbant, like stone.

not when you dont have power and you own a few snakes. those were day time temps night time my home was at about 66-68. It starts cooling off here early.

Sometimes fans only blow hot air and don't actually cool down anything. You can drape a damp towel in front of a fan and it will actually cool the air down if it gets to dangerous heat levels. The night time should get cooler anyway, so you won't have to worry too much about extreme heat then...

fans hardly do anything. My snake room if the Central air is off will hit 90 in a hot day. Fans only move the heat around. When windows are open the outside temps will only come indoors.

You can get smaller window ac units now cheap at walmarts under $60 and set that at 80 and your golden.
