October Hamburg show.

I was gonna post this in the Herp Events forum, but my question is more specifically geared towards bp's and breeders. Since the show is only about 2 hours from me, I'm considering going with my son. The last show I went to didn't have too many good deals on morphs. I actually found much better deals online, even WITH shipping.

So here's what I'm asking - to those of you who have gone before (or who will be going and selling), are there good deals at this show for morphs? I know it will depend on the morph itself, but I'm really looking at the basics. Possibly a lesser, etc.

Just trying to figure if it's worth making the trip, or if I'll do better online. Any input is appreciated!

hamburg is a good show large and tons of vendors i know the last time i went there it was a good show and good deals. i vote do it. :gj:

I'd go if you can. It was a pretty good show the last trip down I made and I think this next show is in a bigger room. That might attract some more venders.

went once before,it was a pretty good show,will be there in oct,(going to white plains this weekend)

I also recommend you go if you can. Lots of great breeders there and people. I will try to make it for Oct.

hamburg is a good show and worth the 2 hour trip. what a snake is marked at isn't always what it will go for. doesn't hurt to make an offer on something you like. cash talks!

There are tons of bp vendors at hamburg. Its a 4 hour trip for me but I don't mind because its such a good show, nice people, nice snakes, and plenty to look at. I wish I would have more money to go down with but alas I don't....so it looks like ill either be picking up a black pastel female or a fire female. Whatever I find nicer. :)

Just realized... Hamburg PA.... no wonder I hadn't heard about it.

There is one is germany that I think is also spelled hamburg....not sure thpugh

Im going again, always seem to leave with something! It's a great show with just about everything there, so it's nice to see and check them out in person. I really don't know how much they go for since I'm not in the market.

Even if you don't buy anything it's still cool to go

I think you all have talked me into it. And I just realized that the White Plains, NY show is actually closer. May have to hit that one up, too! ...I really need to win the lottery:please:!

I have yet to be to the white plains show but I will get there eventually. I love the hamburg show because its legal for hots and burms/rectics there amd I love seeing the beasts in person. I actually held a 12' female rectic in june and boy was she heavy!

Grab your live or frozen rodents while you are there

Hubby and I vend at every show with Nick Aponti, NA Exotics. It's always in the same bldg but always worth the trip. :)

^ YES!! Hamburg has the best deals ever with rodents!! Much cheaper than online for me.
