I got one today at Macys..only because I got a gift card for there and I figured I might as well use it...but it was 29.00 they have them at walmart too I saw one there for 34.00. Thats the digital ones..I feel like they are more accurate and easier to read but thats my opinion..they have the little ones for 4-5 bucks at walmart too but they are the ones with the needle on the number..:)

another vote for the one at walmart.

i paid in the ball park of $25
    - it goes up to 11 lbs
    - is accurate
    - has the "tare" function

i place a sterlite type container on the scale, hit the tare button, then place my snake in the container.

I also got my digital scale from Walmart but only paid $11.00 for it. Also goes to 9lbs and has KG, Ounce and Gram readings and a tare button. Works well.

I found one at a discount store for $15 Ross/Marshals/T.J. Maxx. Can't remember exactly which but it was one of those.
