IM working on it. So far almost every group has a siamese in them. I would like to make everyone a siamese.

Im still new to breeding rats

But are there people selling Siamese?

I picked up my rats from a local guy and it was just a grab bag of paint jobs

I love the sias! I have a group of 5 of them and trying to breed more. They are soo cute! I bought mine off of a random breeder much like a grab bag thing for a 1$ a piece.

Yes when i get too many i do sell them locally $10 each. And it is a recessive gene so if im correct siamese x siamese should make all siamese but then again rats are diff than snakes.

Your correct Siamese X Siamese is 100% Siamese UNLESS those Siamese carry blue also,
then you can get a mix of both.
It's the same with my Blue X Blue breedings that typically would make all Blues, if those blues carry Siamese then you get a mixture of both.
I'm not sure but there is probably other recessive traits that might change the outcome?

    I need me some Siamese!

Checked around and the only people breeding them in my area are "pet" breeders who have strict protocols and quesions before you can buy them.

    Come on people.......

Keep checking CL. or even make a post asking for Siamese or other trait you might be wanting.
