Is he a normal?

Friend of mine gave me this snake as a gift. he is about 3 weeks old, seems a little lighter colored then some normals I seen. Wondering if he is something else or just a pretty normal.

Thanks all for the quick responses! I'll have to ask my friend if he is a mojave. He breeds BPs, I know he had 4 female babies that looked just like him. Pretty cute bunch.

But do him ( and you ) an absolutely massive favour and take that danged tape out of his enclosure.
