    Animal PLastics Email question
I emailed AP about a week ago with some questions about their T10 enclosure and I still haven't received a reply from them. Is this usual? I sent them the email at the address listed on their website: apcages@wantapet.com is there another email I should try?

    Thanks

I second the calling idea. Ali has been great in my experience.

Thanks for the replies, I'll call in the morning. I've heard great things about AP products and customer service so I just wanted to make sure I was going about this the correct way.

I'm not getting a rack, but I have been considering a boaphile enclosure. I like the looks of the boaphile enclosures but not their sizes.

Boaphile is far superior to AP. Just my 2 cents.

they are normally slow to answer email's but will get back to you eventually. calling is the best way. they said they were experiencing email problems in a thread on another forum not long ago. also they do such a high amount of business that they are always busy. also with daytona coming up im sure they are very busy getting ready(assuming they are going)

Then pay a person to just respond to emails? Any high school age kid can do it for a few hours a day and not be paid much. Personally I would never buy anything AP ever again too many problems with them the email is just one of them.

ive never heard of any problems with any animal plastics racks. most people praise them. i am one of them. best rack ive ever owned that serves its purpose wonderfully. boaphiles are nice if you want to display your animals. animal plastics are great for breeding and keeping many snakes at once.
talk to someone with experience with both and 9 out of 10 will recommend animal plastics.

to the poster saying too many problems.....please elaborate. your experience or just "somethings you have heard"

from a business perspective that is a horrible idea. why pay someone to do nothing more or less. you would have to train them in all of the products and invest capitol and payroll. all of which is hurtful to a job that isnt increasing income. i wouldnt pay someone to not make me money...
its easier to pick up the phone and call. get an immediate response to your needs and be done. to many young people seem to think that email is the all or nothing way to communicate. go ahead and send them snail mail and see how long it takes to respond.
just call....its less buttons than emailing i swear!!!!
