Lazik Tiger het OG X Pastel Het OG Clutch hatching!
After 65 long days of waiting our 10 egg Lazik Tiger Het OG X Pastel Het OG Clutch is finally hatching. It looks like we ended up with pretty good odds so far. Two still need to poke their little heads out. Let me know what you think. Also, we will be doing a photo shoot for these guys once they get settled into their new tubs. So more pictures soon.

    Update,
It looks like we ended up with only one hatchling that was'nt pastel, OG, or POG. Pictures once they get a bath.

I am still determining which offspring carry the tiger gene. Some are more obvious than others.

Here are the babies after a washing. Let me know what you think. I personally love the speckling and head patterns.

I will have a clutch from the same male and a non tiger female hatching in a few weeks and I'm looking forward to see a comparison between the two clutches.

You have georgous babies but what is a lazik tiger? its not banned like a tiger "normal" and it doesnt look like a enchi x pastel x desert or tiger. Im stumped i didnt want to ask a noob question but... what is it lol

It's a form of reduced pattern that is variable in appearance. In some individuals there are obvious bands, in others a crazy pattern or granite speckles. All of the carriers have very light/reduced pattern heads. This line was originally produced by Casey Lazik of Reptilia.com. I'm still not 100% on the genetics but I'm leaning towards dominant. As you can see it enhances what ever morph you pair it with. I will definitely be crossing this into my other projects.
