    Meet mr zoom zoom zoom
    Hi,

    Tried for ages to get a decent pic of my male lesser ( Elam ) tonight as he had just shed.

    60+ shots later ( mostly blurs I may say ) I have about 4 useable shots. :taz:

    Here are the best two;

    I really like the second one! Yeah it is hard to pose a snake. You almost have to take what you get. :)

    Lessers are one of my favorite morphs! I have a few that won't sit still for anything too. Little buggers.

    He is stunning! I've mostly given up on photographing my snakes. :oops: Only my girl will stay still enough for a few shots. My normal boy and my Pin are wrigglers, and I won't even attempt to photograph my Milks, lol.

    Lol great shots!!

    Use a bowl..

    A heavy, ceramic bowl. Preferably clear glass so you can see them calm down but it doesn't really matter. Put them on the table on your white surface under your lights and put the bowl over them. Then leave it alone for awhile. The snake calms down. You get your camera ready to go, (a friend to lift the bowl helps for very active snakes) lift the bowl, and the snake stays still for a short time.

    It may take a few tries to get a pleasing position but this is what some boa and retic breeders do to get good shots of their youngsters ;)
