Has anyone ordered from ReptileBasics?

I want to order a pair of feeding tongs from them, just wondering if anyone's dealt with them and what your experience was.

Another happy customer here. I've bought hides, UTH, water bowls, a snake hook... Never disappointed with their service, prices, or products.

love the products and service. My only recommendation is not to be dumb like me and order 2 day shipping right before the weekend, because it obviously will not get there in 2 days. I asked about it and tried to get some shipping fees returned, but in the end it was my fault so I was stuck paying the extra shipping charges with shipping that took as long as it would have had it been regular ground shipped.

other than that i've only had great experiences and I never made the mistake again.

Excellent service all the way! Rich was great and answered all my questions about what size UTH to get for the tanks I had. He was very patient and helpful. And his online order form is very secure. Shipping is a wee bit expensive, but so it is everywhere. I prefer to get as much as possible in one order to kind of save on the shipping if I can. Anything else you need in addition to the tongs? :gj::gj::gj:

Very good to order from...but wouldn't order tongs or even buy feeding tongs from anywhere...just go to the dollar store and get a set of food tongs for a dollar...thais what I use and work great...no shipping cost either

Another happy customer here! I ordered my hides and thermostats from their. I love the hides boxes, i use them for ALL of my reptiles.
