POG Clutch Clipped

I just want to start out by saying, those of us who have been in this industry for a few years are very familiar with the good, the bad and the ugly that comes with the politics.

I count myself to be very blessed that I've made genuine friends through this hobby, one of them being our very own, very mean Frenchie (aka, Deborah Stewart). OK, I'm going to blow her cover - she isn't really all that mean! :P

Anyhow, I love Deborah, she is one of the many women I've met that I consider a heart sister. Last year, she asked me if I'd like to send my het hypo girl to her to breed to her sexy POG. I had some reservations about taking advantage of our friendship, but if you know Deborah, it's almost impossible to tell her no.

So, she took "custody" of my girl last summer. Who promptly went on an extended fast. We really didn't think she'd breed for us, when one day, Deborah contacted me and said "think you know this girl" with an ovulation picture (by the way, she did eventually start eating for her).

Today, she clipped the eggs. I am THRILLED that my girl proved. I had some questions on whether she would, based on some background stuff (that ugly politics thing).

Here are the pictures that Deborah sent me. What do you see?

Actually, there will be one more added - I rushed her so I got a duplicate! LOL

Five eggs but still....

One of the original pictures Deborah sent me was a duplicate. When she took more pictures, they had rolled over some, so it was hard to really see pattern and color, so I haven't posted them.

And it's about time my odds improve. My first season I had a five egg pastel clutch full of normals! LOL

What awesome looking babies! Congrats Robin and it is great that Deb is such a good friend. Good friends are hard to come by these days.

Those are going to be some sweet looking hatchlings! :gj: And that male, what a great looking snake! Keep us posted.

I usually do a traditional small V cut when I cut (not that pretty) unless I want some cool pics in the egg, than I really take my time and try to cut a nice circle.

Very nice!!! What I want to know is how she cuts those eggs! I can't cut them open that big till they have been breathing air for a day or so and the veins on the eggs are gone. :P
