    slaying the odds
    Lesser male X Butter female ~ 6 eggs ~ 3 Lucy's, 2 butters or lessers and one normal :D

Stoked to say the least, my partner let me breed his 4 females this season due to work and schooling and well we hit a home run with the first of his girls...
    Better pictures after they emerge...

Next of his eggs to hatch will be Lesser X Bumblebee female 7 eggs

    Thanks all!
Anna that pair is awesome, I loved taking care of them and going through the breeding season with them, thanks for the awesome opportunity Rob!
All 4 of his females hold some neat stuff, the eggs due to hatch after the bee is 9 eggs from albino X black pastel het hypo and lesser males and then 9 eggs from normal X black pastel yb or yb males.
We are having a GREAT season so far :D

The first BEL came out of it's shell today, I'm not sure you can get any whiter, lol

That pairing with Jason is kind of worrying me, she ovulated but her "eggs" feel really small, hopefully I'm just being a worry wort.

Female Paradox Bumblebee bred by mocha/Lesser BEL?, yellowbelly, black pastel yb and by fire males, fingers crossed her eggs are good!
I will post on this girl after she lays whatever she's going to lay :)

Took some more crappy pic, argh, hate rushed photo sessions :(

Got to hold the female Lucy today, what an amazing creature she is.

These two still hanging in the egg along with one butter/lesser, I bet they are out tomorrow though :)

    Female Lesser/Butter BEL

    http://i968.photobucket.com/albums/a...9184Medium.jpg

Male Lesser "I believe" or is it a Butter?
Strangely his front half has spots in every alien and his back half hardly has any spots :P
The Sire lesser has no spots at all in his aliens and the butter dam has spots in most of her aliens.

Huh.. Well that's cool! He does have an interesting pattern. Usually they either have a lot of spots or they don't. That's really neat!

And of course the little bel is to die for! Everyone but me hit those odds this year! Lol

I like both of them! Looks like a lesser to me  Looks a lot like my lesser at least. That is one pure white BEL! :gj:

The "aliens" are the pattern on the sides, I'm pretty sure I didn't come up with the term :P

When there is two spots in that pattern it makes the pattern look like an alien head :)

Awww come now Jerry. Everyone has to find out sooner or later.....

LMAO, I was going to ease their way into that knowledge, I don't want to scare people off do I :P

Another female! A Butter I believe, yet still another one with spots in the front half and none in the back half, very strange :P
    http://i968.photobucket.com/albums/a...0711111955.jpg

So they are all out happy and healthy and the final outcome is.....

    1.2 Lesser/butter Lucy's
    1.0 Lesser
    0.1 Butter
    1.0 Normal

We couldn't ask for a better outcome, thanks all for looking :)
