Please help me figure out what I have here... Bumble Bee, Cinny, ???? Serious DUW
These 4 eggs came from pairing a pastel female (3 years old, first clutch) to both a male cinny and a male spider. Obviously I am a VERY lucky man, but I really don't understand the 4th one.. Here they are:

    1.) Obviously a bumble bee.

    2.) Obviously another bumble bee

    http://i1136.photobucket.com/albums/...IMG_1638-1.jpg

    3.) Obviously a Cinny

    http://i1136.photobucket.com/albums/...o/IMG_1640.jpg

4.) I really don't know what this is... I want to say it is just a super high quality pastel, but I have never seen a normal pastel with such a light head (I have hatched out more then 50 pastels) The flames are rediculous, and the belly is white.

It looks like a super pastel but no clue why it would be that. I might go with a really high end pastel.

I think it's a top notch pastel. Your spiders are very clean I'm guessing your pastel female is a goodun'!

I would say that it looks like a super. Could the female retained sperm from a previous breeding?

THanks!! Crap. you know I do have a male pastel breeder Im using this year... I keep VERY detailed pairing records... and according to my records I never put the two pastels together...

But I guess the proof is in the pudding... I must have screwed up my records somehow. I must have had them togther in error at least once. That is the only logical conclusion I guess... a SUPER pastel...

Dang, 3 babys daddy, and so young.... :O

The pastel looks like a really nice Pastel. I say that because it doesn't have the blushing I would expect to see for a super.

This is exactly what I was Thinking. But I didn't think a normal pastel could get such a white head

Here are some more pics of it from the side. Could it be a weird lookin pewter? It has "fire" on her entire pattern.... kinda like a cinny does but different.

Lol, that was my first guess, especially after thinking of how large your collection is :P I only had three breeder males this year and threw one in with a female that I didn't mean to. It wasn't till about two hours later when I saw her locked up with the wrong male that I realized what I did :ohmygod:

Mike, the bees are stunning! As for the one questionable one, it really looks like a super pastel to me. When did they hatch? I ask, because if it were me, I'd probably wait until a few meals and a few sheds and take a look again then.

I'm gonna go with a very exceptional pastel... To me, the body has way too much black to be a super. But, I haven't ever hatched out any bps so I could be absolutely wrong.

Take more pics after a few meals and a shed or two! Very nice clutch!

It looks like either a top notch pastel or a lower super. But with out knowing if you breed you pastel male to her it's going to be really hard to tell. some really good pastels look like supers.

It doesnt really look Super Pastel to me... But with how bright the bees are and how nice the Pastel is... Maybe there is something else going on. I know in the Crystal project I have what I call Epics pop up, which is a very subtle trait that really highlights snakes when produced in combos.
Maybe there is some highlighter trait going on in one of the parents? Either way... Nice snakes!:gj:

I'd reevaluate after it has a shed or two. They can darken up a bit after when they first hatch. If she's never been with another pastel anything, then its highly unlikely to be a super (unless the other allele spontaneously mutated or something crazy like that!!).

So its possible it is just a super somking pastel, I'd hold it back either way.

Id bet its a super... could there possibly be another pastel gene in there? Maybe the result of retained sperm? either way, very nice!
