    Normal Ball python
    Hey everyone

Just an update on my male normal.
I got him at the end of november 2010 and since then he's grown a foot. He's been eating medium rats.
Here are some pics of him. He shed this week and is looking bright. He has a good amount of blushing on him which looks really nice.

And an old pic so the size difference is apparent

    Thanks guys
My friend has a pastel female that he's growing out. We're planning to breed them maybe next year if she's up to size.

Well the guy i got him from wasn't taking the best care of him so its probably not accurate but he said the python was about 4 years old. The previous owner kept it with a second ball python and i think also with a boa. He was fed 1-2 mice once a week. Thats probably why he grew so much with my care. He was catching up.

Oh Cool, well I'm glad you're taking care of him now, some people shouldn't have pets at all, let alone reptiles which fall outside the mainstream...

Well the python is doing great
He definitely put on a lot of weight, unfortunately don't have a scale to measure.
He grew 15" since November, and is at about 51" currently.

Here are some pics from today
    He is in shed atm
Last shed was a month ago so he's still growing

Almost positive that its actually a female, which would make more sense given its size
I can't get any hemipenes to pop out so it appears to be female.
So SHE is doing quite well. Feeding on small-medium size rats and still growing.
