Congrats! I just cut my first clutch a few weeks ago. I bred a pastel to a normal and at first a lot of them looked light, I would have sworn they were pastel but I only ended up with 1 out of 9. Hopefully you made out better than us! You should post a pic of the dad so we can see if he's a bee for sure! and of course we'd love to see pics once they come out of the egg. Keep us updated.

Lol! I posted on the video but I have to say it again "Can I touch the goo?" Lol! Too cute.

Yeah, goo was a big hit with the kids as you can tell. Not with the wife though.

Now we need to be patient and wait for them to emerge from the eggs.

Here is a picture of the sire and dam locked.

Like I said the sire, "phineas" is a rather unusal bumblebee.

Do you have anymore pics of the sire? I would love to see his pattern more. He looks wicked! Also can't wait to see the babies once they're out of the egg!

Unusual is an understatement. That's a wild pattern! Have any other pics of him?

    Hey everyone,

Here are some more pictures of the sire.

Plus, most of the clutch is out except for two. I got surprise with this clutch also, two sires. One of the eggs that has hatched is a spotnose, I didn't remember putting my spotnose in with her but I checked my records and he wass in with her one time for only a day.

    So far I have

    2 Spiders
    1 Spotnose
    6 normals

not sure about sex ratio yet.

Here's a pictures of the ones that have hatched.
