2011 Clutch 1 hatching - Pastel Pieds

Our first clutch of 2011 is almost completely hatched. There is still one Het Pied left in the egg, but the rest consist of 1.1 Pastel Pieds, 0.1 Pied and 1.0 Het Pied. I couldn't be happier about this for a first clutch.

Thanks for all of then kind words everyone. The breeding was a Pied to a Pastel Het Pied. Therefore the odds would show 50% visuals. 60% is what we hit, so it was pretty close to a punnet square in the eggs. But, I will always take clutches that just slightly beat the odds.

p.s. The Pastel Pied that is almost nearly striped is the female. Currently the male is my favorite.
