Lets have some FUN: How do you think the world will end

Hey everybody :) Lets have some fun and imagine how the world may come to an end

Ill go first.

Rumors of the 90 - 99% fatal Ebola virus, and the smallpox virus were merged. A quote:

"Russian scientists have reportedly successfully merged the Ebola and smallpox viruses, using the small pox as a delivery system for the deadly Ebola virus. This would allow for Ebola's killer effect without its hindrance in requiring blood for transmission."

Okay... imagine if THAT bug got out. game over. There is no treatment for Ebola, and NOBODY is vaccinated for small pox anymore. Because of that, vaccination programs centered on small pox are virtually non-existant.

Meaning that in the event of a Ebola/Small pox super bug being released, there would be no programs in place to vaccinate for smallpox, which would cause a massive flow of patients into hospitals. Hundreds of millions of people would probably die.. these are genetically engineered viruses.

Viruses and bacteria have reportedly been increased in strength by up to a few hundred times. If they are making a hybrid of Ebola and Smallpox.. then who is to say that they aren't making it more powerful?


Eventually, society would collapse. the end of human civilization as we know it

What ive just said is basically the super bug dooms-day scenario. So thats one possible way it could happen

The world? Or mankind. I think the most probable way mankind would end would be from a gamma ray burst emanating from our own galaxy. All the most powerful gamma rays bursts measured so far have been proven to have originated in a different galaxy. If one originated from our own galaxy, it would destroy all life. Interesting huh.

Lol, if humans die off somehow then the world has ended. We wouldn't be there to experience it therefore it will not exist.

So... life on earth ending and the earth being sucked into a black hole or demolished by Planet-X are virtually the same concept :l

Agreed. The world will end from our own stupidity.

It is a scientific fact that the moon gets farther and farther away from the earth each year. And it is also a fact that the moon's orbit has a direct correlation to the tides and weather patterns. I think that the increasing intensity of the weather over the past decade or so is just a taste, the beginning of the end. I think that as the moon continues to drift farther and farther from the Earth, the weather is going to get more and more intense, the tornadoes and earthquakes growing in number and in size, causing more destruction and loss of life (think similar to the movie The Day After Tomorrow). I think that is going to cause changes in the tides and shorelines, but the climate will gradually become uninhabitable by man. There will be some species that will evolve and survive in the "new world" but I don't think the human race will be among them. But again, I think it's going to be a gradual thing as the human population dwindles and ultimately dies out. I don't think there's going to be a specific date when the world will end like some theories out there...

This is how the world is going to end. There is no doubt about it. Scientific fact!

Haha! I love the zombie levels. I've been virtually training sense the zombie mod came out for counter strike!
