Pastel yellow belly

Do you think this is Pastel yellow belly?
I have bought this as pastel yb.

Can you get a belly shot?

Do you have any other pictures? It's hard to tell when it's all balled up like that.

Looks like a very reduced pattern normal. How much did you pay for it? If you don't mind me asking.

I thought YB usually had distinct checkered patterns on the edges of their bellies... :confused: I know my Pastel YB does and you can see it some in the picture you posted. I don't think this is a Pastel, but it could still be a YB couldn't it? Sorry, I'm horrible with the normal looking morphs. :(

Yea right after I posted that I figured out what you might be thinking. YB's typically have a really distinct look, lots of flames weird off color. Could it be? maybe..

It's slightly possible that it's a yellowbelly but it's definitely not a pastel yellowbelly.
Pics of the belly would determine if it's a yellowbelly.

The first pic is couple of years old.

He's neither a Yellowbelly or Pastel :(. Neat looking guy though.

It looks like a nice normal, I've had several normals that looked very similar to your snake.
I'd be more than disappointed, I'd be posting their name and info on the BOI if you still have any proof of the transaction.

I don´t have any proof that it´s from them. I bought it from tradeshow 2009.

How much did you buy it for?

If it's $50 or under, you're okay. No big deal. If even you paid $60, I would be okay with it still - they sell normals for that much at PetSmart.

But if you paid like, $200 for it... yeah, I would definitely try to get that guy out of business!

I´m from europe, so the prices here are bit different. I bought it from sweden and I think it was 200-300 euros..

I did contact the breeder, but I´m from finland so it´s not so easy.

How about some pictures of the animal's pattern today? The belly looks a lot like an enchi belly and the colors from the sides look like it in your more recent pictures to me. A few years ago, people were calling enchi's - enchi pastels.

Yep enchi.

I see enchi too! I love enchis! I sort of suspected it might have been from the first post, but this makes it much much more clear to me. Enchi pastel sounds like it could have been the miscommunication as well.

Definitely not a normal. Was probably sold to you as an enchi pastel, not a pastel YB.

Thank´s for all of you! Good to no the real morph. Now I need to rethink what females to get for him. I´ve already got a pastel girl, bur I guess it´s good combo :)

Yep Enchi :) Very pretty! Enchi compliments any morph IMO :gj:
