340g currently. I couldn't pass up the deal. I also decided I needed a backup incase my Bee doesn't figure things out right away. Thanks for looking!

I do not see a problem at all. The only way it is a problem is if you can't afford to take care of them..... :D

Oh NICE! I understand. You couldn't leave him be. No way- No how! He had to go home with you! Its too soon to be calling for an intervention. Besides I'm sure that a BP addiction could be beneficial... just think of the joy you'll have with all those babies waiting to be hatch in your future! Yup. You're doing just fine:P

Edit: Nice nail polish ;) :Edit

I can afford to take care of them :) I wonder if my roommate is going to like my takeover of our freezer! We already have to see a few hundred dead faces everytime we open the freezer.

I don't know but the pattern was part of the reason I picked him up. His pattern is really crazy and he has a ton of flames. I recently saw a Pastave Belly (Pastel x Mojave x Yellow Belly) and it was amazing. I think this guy might go to my Mojave when the time comes.

Look at a chest freezer. I picked up one that currently houses 500 rats and 500 pink mice with room for ton more. Cost only 129.99 plus tax at lowes. think its 4cu ft.

Also this addiction never stops. I just picked up 1.1 pair chocolates het vpi axanthic and black pewter. Itll never end ever.

He really is striking. I would love to see what that does with a mojo. He defiantly will offer you some great possibilities. Again- Congrats!

P.S. I just gave in and bought myself a rack. Now i get to fill it!:bounce:

I think if BP.net has a serious flaw....it's that we're enablers of this addiction. :P

Truly beautiful animal you got there! Congrats!!

Congrats on the new BP! I love Pastel YBs. Mine is pretty pissy and a pain to feed but I love her anyways. Do you have any plans to get a female yellow belly to make Ivories?

Great looking Black Pewter Rich! I hope to make some Pewters next year. I see a Black Pewter in my future. I'll look forward to the Chocolate pics :)

I appreciate it. I wasn't blown away at first but the subtle stuff and overall appearance have really grown on me.

Thanks :D This guy was already a steal but when I found out he was 340g and eating F/T weaned rats it was music to my ears. I am pretty open about my dislike for most white snakes, ivories, pieds, albinos, etc. However I do realize the genetic potential of having an Ivory so I might produce one with that intention. Short term, he's a double co-dom backup in case my Bee doesn't breed. Longterm, he's key to the Pastel Super Stripes that are my end game

Great pickup! I was looking at him on Fauna - he was advertised with a butter female, right? I grabbed the butter girl and am happy to see you got the Pastel/YB male. He is a looker and will surely produce some nice offspring for you!

Jim, that's the snake! I was contemplating the butter girl too. Both were offered at great prices with shipping included. I just couldn't pass up a good looking double co-dom. It made sense. I'm convincing myself see? LOL!

Thanks bro. I'm super happy I decided to grab him. I was putting together my spreadsheet on offspring and I'm 99% sure he'll at least get to my Mojave.

Haha, seems like that was so long ago :D I'm stoked. I got the new rack built and it's been full steam ahead since then.

Thanks a lot. He grew on me during the night I took to think about whether I was going to grab him or not. When he was still there the following day I pulled the trigger.
