What type of thermostat are you using? Does your temp stay pretty steady or does it fluctuate? Also, do you have a fan blowing directly at the egg tub? Reason I ask is because the tubs on the top shelf of my incubator dry out faster than the others - my fan is blowing downwards. So possibly using tighter tubs could help if that might be your problem.
At 89F they are more likely to come out around 55-60 but 65 isn't unheard of.
You could try to candle them now but they are pretty flat looking... Hope they make it!
One other idea - you could gently place the eggs into some deli cups (no lid of course) so that you can put a lot more water into the substrate without getting the eggs wet. I did this on my last batch and it helped a lot. Once they pip I move them (in the deli cups) to another incubation tub with moist paper towel on the bottom so they don't get covered in the substrate when they emerge. Just my way of doing it.

As others have mentioned, everything about those pics looks entirely too dry.
I'd also recommend switching to substrateless to get that humidty up as high as possible. If there is any chance of saving them this is the best way without the risk of oversaturation.
