Help! Funny looking ball???

My last thread got deleted in the site crash...

Wait a second! That's not a ball python, it's my new male Kahl strain albino Colombian boa :)
His name is Humphrey Boagart :D

He is a fiesty little guy, I got tagged twice in the first day, but I love him to pieces :D I like his little attitude, but I am hoping he adjusts well. He ate for me the first night which is a good sign, he looks kind of skinny. Anyways! Thanks for looking :)

Congrats on the ball, I mean boa...LOL. I was so close to picking one up two weeks ago but it was a female.

I looked at the pictures before I read (don't we all) and I was like, "wow, seriously?"

when my little baby was younger, keep in mind only a few months.. well she looked very thin and I kinda thought she needed to gain some weight. well i know now that when they are that small, its just how their muscle shows.

As they age they put on a much more "plump" appearance but they really are all muscle still :)

I'd heard that it takes about a year for them to square out and loose that baby muscle definition. Could be wrong :P

Thanks everyone, I'm glad I decided to do what I wanted and get a boa instead of worrying about people thinking I'm crazy. I already have 4 ball pythons, what's a boa? lol I will take some more pictures of him once he calms down a little.
