Do Pastels, keep that bright yellow coloration, and blushing as they get older?

depends on the snake... most pastels will brown out... some more than others... but if you have a super pastel (pastel x pastel) they usually stay nice and bright their whole life :)

She looks a lot like my girl. Great Pastel! I think every ball python owner on this forum is crossing his/her fingers that their pastels don't brown out ;)

Fingers and toes crossed but I can't complain. She came free as part of the package with my first go round of snakes :D

A good way to make sure you get a pastel that doesn't brown out AS MUCH as most is to get one with very little orange in it. Orange is what turns brown as an adult.

When shopping for pastels, always try to get one with the most blushed out head that you can find and the least amount of orange. Then there's no praying needed! ;)

To the OP - nice pick-up!
