very nice Dave. You are on ur way, now hook that spider clown up with a pastel clown and be the first with a bumblebee clown, that will be amazing!!!!!
Very nice animal you have there. Altho, tit for tat, that may be the nicest, cleanest lesser I have ever seen. You produce that or did that come from Ralph?

I produced every one of the animals in this thread. The lesser female is a real "Looker" in my opinion, that's why I'm keeping her. From day one, her yellow almost glows.

Hay Dave amazing animals I've been of the opinion that some recessive traits will show in changing their carriers appearance your het is a prime example of that. I'd change that 66% to a 95% that spider is very different from normal spiders what do you think?

I wouldn't disagree with your theory, but I haven't gone far enough in the project to prove or disprove what you're saying. Tell me, what is it specifically about her that you think marks her as a het? I'd like to hear a fresh perspective.

I don't remember seeing a spider with so much head pattern, I also see a very bold pattern not something you see much now a days in spiders. I think she is very bright too.

Have you seen what a single copy of the pied gene does to a spider gives it a crazy busy pattern it completely changes things up to the point where the trained eye can more than likely pick out the hets.

Maybe I'm crazy lol Good luck with her.

No I don't think you're crazy. In fact I agree about the head pattern. The body pattern and brightness I'm not sure of, the line of spiders I'm using for the project tend to be bright and her father, who is a proven het clown, has a much more typical reduced spider pattern.
