New Pick up

Just got a male beardy for my wife. I will post pics as soon as she takes some. Still in the transition period so a few days i will have some. She is currently trying to figure a name for him.

Alright a name has been picked, Jayne Cobb. Bonus points if you get the reference.

I still need to make a background for the tank. It has a sheet of white paper for now. I was thinking of using cd covers. It might look neat.

He is adorable! My beardie has a branch she likes to sleep on. It kind of has a stump at the end where she lays her head, and just dangles her feet off the branch. I don't understand it either, but hey, as long as they are happy. :P

he still seems a little skinny. I need to pick up a scale.

I hope he has an attitude to match that name. ^.~

From the picks can you guys tell what morph he is? I am more of a ball python guy and beardies are kinda new to me. Most of tje ones I see are much darker.

quick question. How often should food be dusted? We have multivitamin calcium and calcium+d3. alternate days or every feeding whats the deal? how much and when?

Congrats on the new dragon he looks great...:gj: I would guess either citrus or peach but there are so many different color combo's.. as far as calcium dust one meal 5-6 days a week and the multi vitamin 1-2 dustings per week should be good for now when they get older and they reach full size you don't need as much...
