Blastel het pied (pic heavy)

Sorry for the odd title; it can be cumbersome writing out black pastel all the time, so I thought I'd try combing the two...."Blastel!" (I don't know if anyone has coined this term, if so, my apologies. If not, I hope it sticks ;) ).

I got this boy in yesterday from Dale Porcher DVM (great guy and great animals). Hopefully I'll produce a male blastel pied next season (sorry, I like the way blastel rolls off the tongue!)...

Very nice Blastel that term does roll off the tounge. If everything hits you'll have blastelpieds!

Thanks! Exactly. I thought of it last night while trying to sleep. Black pastel is just too cumbersome (to say and write). BLASTEL it is!

When I read the title I hadn't noticed the two words were combined until I read the inside.. "Blastel" read "Black Pastel" in my mind.. LOL, I'm not sure what that says about my attention to things.

I know i replied to this thread already but I really like that snake...he's an awesome looking "Blastel":)
