Oh no his ears are getting cropped. Floppy is cute for pups but doesn't look so good as they get older. Once he finishes the bag of food he's on he's getting adult food. For as being hyper goes you didn't see the German shepherd I had before lol don't let the kitty fool ya...he/she is baaaad lol

Congrats! Dobes are great dogs, but I may be biased (since I have FIVE Dobermans in my house right now!)
He looks awfully young - how old is he? If you got him before the age of 8 weeks you'll really need to work extra hard on socialization.
Before you get his ears cropped make sure you've seen the vet's work. Otherwise you may end up with really short, unattractive ears.
