Caramel color change.

I think it's pretty amazing how much Caramels change in color over time. The smaller one is 300 grams and the larger one is 1300 grams.

I love their color as they mature, they almost look yellow and purple, so pretty :P

Awesome looking caramels! I just love the variations that these snakes have in color!

They're all smoking, wish I had one to show off.......hopefully soon.

My guy hasn't changed much yet since I only just got him about a month ago, but I'll post a color progression pic once he hits the ~500 gram mark ...

I really want to get some caramels but the kinking problem scares me a bit. I really want to make a caramel clown those things are amazing
