Firefly Female

Found this beauty hanging out on Craigslist the other day and well now all 770 grams of her resides here :)

Clown male will probably be her first season.
I am breeding clown to granite,, pastel, 2 yellowbelly's and black pastel this year so breeding clown to her makes the most sense probably.
The second season I might do fire to her as I really really want a black eyed lucy :P

Oh and the description always reads "She's about 5 feet in length".....

No she's not.

Yeah there isn't many for sale and none at this size, I'm quite happy to have spotted the ad in the first 5 minutes it was posted :banana:

very nice find, and at that weight...awesome! Haha, this thread just made me do a quick check on CL and the best thing I found near me was a big female that was "heterozygous for a lighter color".

Thanks, I don't usually find snakes like this girl, mostly males or large abused normal females in poorly heated 55 gallon tanks or worse :rolleye2:

Nice find! As others have said, normals in a ten gallon for $200 is what I see most of the time. Other than my wobbly male spider :) I like him though.

Seriously nice pick -up. I'm really feeling a male firefly in my future. JUST missed out on picking up a breedable male for a GREAT price last year.

Man, why can't I find a morph on CL! There's a ton of normals being sold near me, and don't get me wrong, they're gorgeous, but I want a great CL morph find too :D

It's definitely not very often that good size female morphs show up on CL let alone a double co-dom.
Heck it's hard enough to find them on KS or Fauna or anywhere for that matter, lol.

I'm stoked to have her and can't wait to see what she does for our clown projects :)
