REQUESTED: Pics of EVERYONE ( Major DDUUWW)
I DID say I was gonna post them on Tuesday, and technically in Arizona it's still Tuesday.
SO, pics and descriptions of everyone :3. Enjoiii :D
PYTHONS
Normal female: My first ever BP. Pairing her with my Normal "dinker" male, if nothing I'll still be glad to have my first ever clutch produced by my first two babies.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00425.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00426.jpg
Normal male: My second ever BP. Bought him from the sanctuary I volunteer at before I actually signed up to volunteer 4-5 months later. I originally bought him to pair with my normal female for my first clutch. He's in deep blue right now.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00422.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00423.jpg
Normal male: This snake isn't mine, but I'm watching it for a couple weeks more. He's a cute little guy and an awesome eater at that. Purchased at the Phx Rep Expo of 2010.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00428.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00429.jpg
Pastel female: She is one of the friendliest Ball pythons ever, and very adorable. Even though she's browned out a little she still has kept her yellows on her sides which show up nicely with a better quality camera LOL.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00419.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00421.jpg
Spider male: My first ever BP morph, and still my favorite BP morph. He's pretty reduced, and bought to pair him with my Pastel female for some Beeeees.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00430.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00433.jpg
Mojave male: Recently purchased at the Tucson Rep Expo. He is beautiful and never refuses. I bought him to pair him with my Pinstripe female that happened to die, not sure of the reason. In this photo he's going into shed. Produced by Dave Green!
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00417.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00418.jpg
Blood python female: She was darker when she was little, but is getting brighter and brighter by each shed. Her bright oranges and yellows got her the name Autumn. She's beautiful with a pretty good temperament, can be edgy in her tub but once she's out she's a sweetheart.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00456.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00458.jpg
BOAS
Kenyan Sand boa (yellow) female: She is amazingly beautiful and I love the yellow on her. She will be a part of my future KSB breeding projects.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00448.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00449.jpg
Columbian Rainbow boa female: This little girl was born at the sanctuary from an unknowingly pregnant CRB (one of many other snakes that was rescued and brought to the sanctuary from the Texas seizure). I'm extremely glad I purchased her because she is the sweetest girl. Names are welcome!
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00450.jpg
Dumeril's boa female: My biggest snake of the collection. I bought her as an adult. Luckily she hasn't refused a meal yet; pounding jumbo rats once a week. She's 6 1/2 ft long and maybe 20lbs.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0227-00405.jpg
COLUBRIDS
Mexican Black Kingsnake male: I've had him the longest for a little over 4 years now, and he's 5 years old. The calmest Kingsnake I've ever handled too. He loves to eat.. LOL.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0226-00386.jpg
Common Kingsnake female: Never nipped, musked, or attempted to bite me ever, she's very sweet. Jumpy when you get her out of the enclosure, but once she's being handled she's calm. Never refused meals.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00455.jpg
Hypo Honduran Milksnake male: Bought him at the Phx Rep Expo of 2010. Very jumpy but is bright orange, VERY beautiful. Produced by HulihZack. All that substrate in his water was from him whipping it into his water LOL.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00453.jpg
LIZARDS
Carrot Tail Leopard gecko: Super calm, eats like a pig. Nice yellow color on him too.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00434.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00435.jpg
FROGS
White's/Dumpy Tree frog male: Eats like a beast, very cute and likes to pee on me every now and then. Oh no, I hope I don't get warts!:P;)
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0224-00375.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0224-00376.jpg
TARANTULAS/SCORPIONS
Mexican Red knee: I used to be able to handle this guy but now he's pretty jumpy and always in a hungry mood LOL. Getting big, and brighter orange knees by each molt.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00446.jpg
Pink toe: My first ever T. He's getting huge and eats every time. Very cool guy, pretty fast LOL. Pooped on me a couple times..
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00444.jpg
Chaco Golden knee: Very cool little guy, growing so fast! He's really the only T I handle often, but he's pretty docile. He's so adorable, I can't get over how cute he is :D.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00437.jpg
Chilean Rosehairs: I had 4 at the start, but I gave one to a friend who really wanted to keep one for his first T and he takes super good care of it. Another one died from being injured by a cricket. So now I got these guys. #1 and #2
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00442.jpg
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00443.jpg
Giant Black and White: My smallest guy, but grows to "10 LOL. Very cute!
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...0301-00436.jpg
Emperor Scorpion: Bought him full grown. Can only handle him sometimes, but other times he's pretty mean LOL. It's mostly a certain way I have to pick him up though. But he's awesome!
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...01231-2155.jpg
Thanks so much for looking!! I hope you guys liked it because it took me 40 minutes to make this thread LOL.. :D

I like being crazy, then I can somehow own these creatures that most people are afraid of such as yourself with tarantulas and scorpions LOL :D.
I'm tellin' you, it's quite an experience getting to hold and own those creepy crawlies.

Re: REQUESTED: Pics of EVERYONE ( Major DDUUWW)
Great pics Tiff! I love your ball pythons, they are gorgeous!
-
Lol I have a pregnant scorpion! So when it warms up this spring, I'll have a lot of scorpions :p they're not bad. It's fascinating to watch them.
Great collection Tiff! Your Dumeril is still my favorite :) The Kenyan sandys are my second favorite.

Thank you! Spiders are probably the cheapest thing I've ever kept LOL. My Chaco as a baby was worth $20 I believe. They grow fairly quickly as well :).
You know, I was actually thinking about making those hybrids. I might as well try it out when she's larger, that would definitely be an awesome experience. If I do that I'll probably pair my Blood with a BP morph and see what happens :).

Getting stung doesn't seem fun at all :(! The stinger and claws are the two things I ALWAYS watch when I'm handling him, just in case he pulls a little trick :P.
Thank you, glad you liked the photos! :)

Thank you so much! After being hooked to snakes, I have to say it is pretty hard not wanting to buy more LOL:rofl:.
It's so exciting getting a snake on your birthday! That's when I got my Spider BP:). Tarantulas are amazing animals to keep and extremely simple at that. If you ever get any Ts, definitely post them!!:D

Re: REQUESTED: Pics of EVERYONE ( Major DDUUWW)
Awesome photos, thanks for sharing :D I turned down a free Chilean Rosehair the other day, never been a big fan of spiders, though I've had a couple crawling on me while out in the Everglades. I have given some serious thought to an Emperor scorpion, though. I just don't know who'll take care of it when I'm gone for a few days now and then :rolleye2:
Great-looking BPs, too. I recently considered a KSB but opted for a Dumeril's instead. I hope my little girl gets to be as big as yours!
-
awesome collection i used to haves Ts and scorpions real nice pets but sucks if you ever get stung
-
Re: REQUESTED: Pics of EVERYONE ( Major DDUUWW)
Serious question Tiff, Do you have any friends?
If yes, Then their as crazy as you! Group of crazies!
-
Re: REQUESTED: Pics of EVERYONE ( Major DDUUWW)
Seeing your T's & emp made me miss mine. I had 20 T's & 10 scorpions but traded them for snakes. I plan on buying more very soon though. Great collection!!
-
Re: REQUESTED: Pics of EVERYONE ( Major DDUUWW)
Tiff, great set of photos. Your Acrantophis girl is still my favorite... :gj:

Re: REQUESTED: Pics of EVERYONE ( Major DDUUWW)
Nice collection! Your normal female bp is beautiful, and I'm partial to mojaves... your boy there is very handsome :D KSBs are so adorable, yours does have some nice yellow on her!! And I also think you're a bit crazy for keeping a scorpion haha :P I could maybe handle a tarantula, but there's just something about a scorpion that freaks me out a bit. I definitely admire and respect anyone who keeps them.
-
very very nice
marry me!! at least clone yourself and send'er to México xD, very nice collection.
-
That is so awesome, dude!!! I wish I could get away with having that many pets! Honestly, I (we) would be happy with two. I want a ball python and my little sister is obsessed with leopard geckos. Anyway, GREAT collection. Thanks for sharing! :D
-
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...01231-2155.jpg
The spiders were bad enough but this picture gave me the willys and sent me into a short, full body shiver.... Those things freak me out and should be banned from all reptile shows....:snake:
-
Re: REQUESTED: Pics of EVERYONE ( Major DDUUWW)
That's one hell of a collection of animals you have there.
I catch crap just for having three animals.
-
Re: REQUESTED: Pics of EVERYONE ( Major DDUUWW)
Sweet collection, I only have a ball and a corn. One day ill probably have more and try my hand at breeding :). Its nice to see younger people still love animals so much. I must say, I dont seen many younger girls loving snakes, spiders and scorpions :D

Thank you very much! She's my most treasured and favorite animal of my entire collection, I love her to death. Thanks again about the Mojo! He is a pretty cool guy, I actually used to really not like Mojaves then a couple months before getting him I started to LOL:P. Welp, I'm fine with crazy:).

That would be really awesome if you started breeding! This is my first year and so far so good.
THAT is a fact my friend :). Lots of girls at my school hate snakes LOL, so I feel pretty good about having them so I can talk to others about them when the topic is brought up. My teacher for my English class even makes me write my papers and essays on snakes and uses me as a class example every time.
In fact, my typed process paper is on how to feed a snake. Requested topic by my teacher :).
