Another new tegu

My wife liked her little Argentine so much that we had to pick up another. This girl came from Josh at Jeremy Stone Reptiles. She's a big girl that is just getting used to the attention. Here is a quick shot we snapped when she was hanging out with us the other day:

Not seeing very much in the jowl area. I think she's just a fatty! :) Beautiful either way.

I saw one of thoughs yesterday at an expo. They are very pretty.

Looks female to me,well it could go either way, But some females develop slight jowls,and males usually have longer faces than the females.

Nice tegu!

I'm sure she's a female. The males jowls are much more pronounced.

Yepper looks like a female to me and an absolutely beautiful one at that. Wow....she is such a looker!!!!:D I always love it when you post pictures. You have some of the most amazing animals.

Somewhat. She was sold under the terms that she was in no way a calm lizard but she isn't that bad. Once I get her out she calms down quite a bit and I can let her walk around the facility. She has tried to grab my toes a few times. I'm sure she'll be a bit better as time goes on. She didn't have much in the way of interaction with people previous to my acquiring her.

Such a great face on her.....I hope to one day be able to come and see all your stuff in person. You really do have an amazing collection.
